MARINE BREYNAERT is a French design studio providing customers the opportunity to purchase items that are handmade with noble materials, and made for the contemporary designer-piece lovers. MARINE BREYNAERT prides itself on being a responsible platform.
ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
We make this website, its contents, products, services and materials available for personal and non-commercial use for users who are 18 years or older (or are at least the legal age of majority in their jurisdictions) and who are able to form legally binding contracts. To use this website, you must also not be legally barred from receiving our services.

PRICING INFORMATION
All prices displayed on our Website, by phone and/or in-Showroom are quoted in local currency where applicable.
All prices are quoted with applicable local value added tax charges and local duties included, exclusive of delivery charges and packaging, which will be charged at the rates specified during the checkout process. Any orders requested for overseas delivery may be subject to additional duties and charges based on destination and method of shipment.
We will from time to time apply reductions against the normal prices of selected Products and/or their shipping costs. We may do this by applying promotional codes to the listings of those Products on the Website or in-Store, in which case the deductions will be labelled on the Website or on the Product in-Store and applied automatically at the checkout stage of your purchase transaction.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION/ AVAILABILITY
You must take special care to carefully check product descriptions before placing an order. By placing an order for a product on the website, you agree to be bound by the specific conditions of sale (if any) included in the item's description.
Our products are sold online in limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site but please be aware that variations in style, colour, and size may occur as many of these items are hand-crafted. If you are not satisfied by your purchase, please review our returns section for further assistance.
Based on timing and location, the availability of the products described on the website, and the descriptions of such products and services, may vary.
COLOURS
We have tried our best to display the exact colours of the products that appear on the website as correctly as possible. You, however, understand and accept that there may be a difference in the colours that you see on your monitor or accessing device and the colour of actual products, depending on your monitor’s (or device’s) ability to accurately communicate colour.
PAYMENT AND CARD PROCESSING
MARINE BREYNAERT uses the cart system of ordering. You may click on your choice of merchandise and add such to your cart. At the end of your order session, you can make payment and may pay for such orders by debit and/or credit card. Such debit and/or credit card will then be processed online.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are placed on the MARINE BREYNAERT website if the ordered item is out of stock, discontinued, or is unavailable for any other reason. When we cancel an order, we will send you an email informing you of the fact and will not charge for the order. In the rare event that the order is cancelled after you have made payment, we will reissue a credit to your payment method in the same amount of the original charge.
DELIVERY
MARINE BREYNAERT delivers ordered products within three to four working days of ordering. You, however, understand that the time of delivery depends on the distance of the delivery destination. Because delivery time scales quoted are indicative only, we will not be held liable for delayed delivery caused by any third party (when we use third party delivery services). Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
If you choose to pick your goods up at our showroom, allow us at least 24 hours to get the order ready.
We offer free standard delivery on orders above 200€ to these countries: France, UK, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and Luxembourg. Such free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. You will however, be liable for shipping for orders that fall below 200€.
When shipped outside of the EU, please note that custom taxes and duties will apply, as the prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You understand and accept that all applicable duties shall be borne by you. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. We will not be held liable for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.
You hereby represent that the address at which delivery of the product you ordered is to be made will be proper and correct in all respects, and that any extra costs incurred by MARINE BREYNAERT for redelivery shall be claimed from you should a non-delivery occur because of a mistake by you.
SHIPPING POLICY AND EXPORT SALES
MARINE BREYNAERT can ship orders everywhere. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Except otherwise stated, prices for products ordered on MARINE BREYNAERT do not include shipping costs, and shipping costs may vary with orders.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
We only accept the return of items within 15 days of their delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unwashed, unaltered and full-price merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns for gift cards
ALL discounted items are final sale.
To qualify for a return, you must send our customer care team an email at contact@marinebreynaert.com to obtain a return number to note on the “Return Authorisation”. You must then include this number on your return, as well as any other information relating to shipping.
Please note that no return parcel shall be accepted without a return number, which you must write legibly on the parcel. To complete your return, we will also ask you to present a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will review your item once we receive it, and then refund your payment by reissuing a credit to your payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at contact@marinebreynaert.com.
If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then ask for a refund and order it again on our store. You can also send us an email to contact@marinebreynaert.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RESALE OF PRODUCTS
You may not resell any of our products, as they are exclusively sold through the MARINE BREYNAERT platforms.
TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
Under European law, we are required to collect taxes. These taxes are included in the final price.

We may make links to the websites of other companies, organizations and third-party websites available on the MARINE BREYNAERT website, but such links are provided as a matter of user convenience only. You agree to protect and hold MARINE BREYNAERT, and all its associated companies, officers, executives, employees and managers harmless and blameless against all liabilities, costs, damages, attorneys’ fees and costs, compensations and other expenditures connected to any claims or any actions brought against MARINE BREYNAERT resulting from your breach of any portion of this agreement or other liabilities ascending out of your use of this website.
GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES
