  • How do I cancel or modify my order?
    You can contact us at contact@marinebreynaert.com. If the order has already left our workshop, you will need to follow our return and refund instructions.
  • How to track my order?
    You can track the shipment of your order on your account on the site or by clicking on the tracking link on the shipment confirmation email you received. If ever you cannot find this email, do not hesitate to contact our team at the email: contact@marinebreynaert.com
  • What are the delivery times?
    We ship our orders every two to three days. When your order is sent, you will receive it within 24 to 48 hours for France and 72 hours for abroad. But you know the vagaries of the post office as well as we do, and unfortunately sometimes the delays can be a little longer.
  • What are the return conditions?
    For orders delivered in mainland France, you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt or collection of your order. We will process your refund after verifying the condition of the part.
  • How to make an exchange?
    We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged (subject to stock availability). If you want to exchange your order for another item, request a refund and order it again from our store. You can also email us at contact@marinebreynaert.com. If the item was marked as a "gift" when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.   • Do you deliver internationally?
    As for decorative items (excluding lamps), we can ship orders anywhere. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched and an additional 3-4 for the order to arrive at your doorstep. The prices of products ordered on the site do not include shipping costs and customs fees that may be applied when your order arrives. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. We only ship lamps within Europe. For lamps shipped to the UK, you will be contacted by our team following your order to ask you what type of plug you would like.
  • You have chosen the free “showroom collection” option.
    We will contact you as soon as your order is ready and arrange an appointment with you. When the item is indicated as "in stock", the delay is 24 to 72 hours. When the article is on order with delay, the delay is indicated on the page of the article.
  • I would like to order a part in a different color
    We can create candlesticks and lights from our site especially for you in a different version. To order or request a quote, contact us by email at atelier@marinebreynaert.com.
  • Do you do restocking?
    Due to the nature of our products and the artisanal processes used to manufacture them, it may happen that items are shown as "out of stock" or disappear from the site. We also have a lot of unique coin capsules which unfortunately will not be restocked. You can contact our team at contact@marinebreynaert.com for more information on restocking the item you like.
